If your question isn't here, just email booths@casarostudios.com and we'll answer directly.
No. We cover the booth, the installation, and all ongoing maintenance. There's no invoice, no deposit, and no equipment lease. Your only involvement is giving us a spot in your venue.
Roughly a phone-booth-sized footprint, about 3 by 4 feet. We work with you to find a spot that's out of the way for staff but visible enough to catch foot traffic, usually near the entrance or a natural line-up spot like the bathroom hallway.
We do, entirely. The booth is remotely monitored, and we handle paper refills, technical issues, and any repairs. Your staff never has to touch it or think about it.
Every session run through the booth generates revenue, which splits between your venue and us at an agreed percentage. Multi-location groups get a preferred rate. Use the calculator to estimate what that could look like for your space.
Yes. We structure early placements with a trial window so you can see real performance before committing long-term. If it's not earning its keep, we'll pull it, no hard feelings.
Every printed strip is a small, organic ad for your venue: people photograph it, post it, and tag where they were. On top of that, we hand over the email list the booth collects each month, which most venues don't have any easy way to build otherwise.
Anywhere people already gather and want a reason to linger: dive bars, breweries, rooftop lounges, sports bars, speakeasies, beach clubs, coffee shops, hair salons, race tracks, and jazz clubs have all worked well for us.
Once we've scouted your space and agreed on placement, our crew handles delivery and wiring directly, typically without disrupting a full business day.
Yes, we're placing booths across multiple states now. Check the markets page for current and upcoming cities, and reach out even if your city isn't listed yet.
